I am an MSc-qualified Physiotherapist and BSc Sports Therapist, specialising in sports injury management and performance-driven rehabilitation.

I have developed my experience across a range of sports, including rugby, swimming, and martial arts, and I am currently involved with Dunfermline Rugby FC, providing match-day cover and delivering injury clinics. This environment allows me to manage acute injuries under pressure while also overseeing structured, long-term rehabilitation.

I have a particular focus on shoulder, knee, and ankle conditions, alongside pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. My approach is centred on precise diagnosis, progressive loading, and clearly defined rehabilitation pathways—ensuring you not only recover from injury but return stronger, more resilient, and fully prepared for the demands of your sport or lifestyle.

I am also currently undertaking further training in women’s health, expanding my clinical scope to better support a wider range of patients with specialised, evidence-based care.

I deliver tailored rehabilitation that prioritises performance, movement quality, and long-term outcomes. Every programme is designed to challenge you appropriately, track progress objectively, and minimise the risk of re-injury.

I bring a high level of energy and intent to each session, creating an environment that is focused, accountable, and results-driven. My goal is to help you maximise your physical potential and return to what matters to you with confidence.

I am the Founder and Lead Physiotherapist at Benji Physio, working primarily as an MSK Physiotherapy Consultant with a focus on complex and persistent conditions (Back, neck, shoulder. knee, hip and ankle/foot)

I specialise in managing more advanced presentations, including long-standing pain or injuries, such as sciatica, and cases that have not responded to previous treatment. I am often involved in providing second opinions and guiding patients who require a higher level of clinical reasoning and a more tailored rehabilitation strategy.

Alongside this, I have a strong interest in sports injuries—particularly those related to running—as well as pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. My work in this area focuses on combining precise diagnosis with structured, progressive loading strategies to ensure a safe and effective return to performance. I offer rehab programmes to help patienst recovered in guided framework.

My clinical approach is underpinned by extensive postgraduate training, including diplomas in Acupuncture, MDT McKenzie, Injection Therapy, and Orthopaedic Medicine. I have also worked within elite sport, including with the Scottish Rugby Union, and I am a certified World Rugby First Aid Instructor.

Beyond clinical practice, I am heavily involved in education and mentorship. I regularly support and develop physiotherapists within the clinic, supervise students on placement, and have previously taught at the Medical School at the University of St Andrews. I run training sessions for Fife GPs and ANPs and teach masterclasses to local gyms.

My focus is on delivering clear, expert-led care in more complex situations—combining experience, evidence-based practice, and structured rehabilitation to help you move beyond pain, restore confidence, and return to the activities that matter most.

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with a developing specialist interest in neurological physiotherapy, alongside extensive experience in post-operative orthopaedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

I work across a wide range of conditions, with particular expertise in the shoulder, spine, hip, and knee. I support patients through the full rehabilitation journey—from early-stage recovery following injury or surgery, through to restoring function, returning to work, and progressing back to higher levels of activity and performance where appropriate.

My approach is grounded in strength and conditioning principles, integrating evidence-based rehabilitation with advanced biomechanics. Drawing on frameworks aligned with organisations such as ACE, CIMSPA, NSCA, and NASM, I deliver structured, progressive programmes designed to rebuild strength, restore movement quality, and develop long-term physical resilience.

I have experience working with both complex post-operative cases and a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal presentations. This includes athletes from disciplines such as dance, gymnastics, strength sports, martial arts, rugby, and CrossFit, as well as individuals aiming to return to pain-free movement in everyday life.

Alongside my clinical work, I remain actively involved in strength training and martial arts, which gives me a practical understanding of training demands, injury mechanisms, and the process required to safely return to performance.

My focus extends beyond reducing pain—I aim to rebuild confidence, improve physical capacity, and equip you with the tools needed for long-term self-management. You can expect a clear, structured, and honest approach, with guidance at every stage of your recovery.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you move efficiently, build resilience, and return to the activities that matter most to you—whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.
